My partner and I recently moved into a two-bedroom unit that Nathaniel manages, and he's been one of the best property managers we've ever worked with. As a Realtor, I have a certain level of expectation from property managers for professionalism. Even though there have been some small hiccups with the unit itself, Nathaniel has really shown that he genuinely cares about doing an excellent job for his tenants. He's been responsive, helpful, does what he says he's going to do and has made us feel like we can be open and honest with him. In my opinion, those are star qualities to have as a property manager. After moving out of province a year ago i knew I didn't want to sell my home and I also did not want to manage it from across the country. I found Anchors Property Management through a friend of a friend and I've had excellent service, friendly and honest communication at a cost that is affordable. I lived in one of Nathaniel’s properties for over a year and he was an excellent landlord throughout that time. His properties are well kept after and the one occassion that required his attention and he was there immediately to deal with it. I strongly recommend leasing from Anchor Properties and Nathaniel if you have the opportunity.
