Don't have enough good words to describe my experience with Arctic Spas in Dartmouth. After meeting with them around Christmas with my wife I decided to get her a replacement tub as a secret present. The showroom personnel were nice and courteous answering the many questions I had and were accommodating to my every request. Kevin and Matt who delivered the tub were fantastic. Set everything up in exactly how I wanted. They were very friendly and the introduction to maintaining the was thorough and complete. My wife was taken back by the surprise but in the 2 days we have had it, she has been in the tub 5 times. Thanks Arctic Spa's!

Hi Robin. Just wanted to drop a note to say how impressed I was with Matt and Kevin we they setup my hot tub. Everything went great. They took me through all necessary steps (not sure if I remember everything LOL). Tub is setup and just waiting to use. Also yourself and Kris at the Arctic Spa store were great at answering our questions when we first went looking for tubs. That why we went him Arctic Spa. Thanks again for a painless purchase.
Buying our hot tub from the guys at Arctic Spas was a great experience. We dealt with Rob and he helped us with every question we threw at him. I'd recommend them to everyone. And if your tub is close to trees, get the filter bag 100%!
Absolutely great service, and knowledgeable salespeople as well. Kris helped us, and even called us back when the tub we were interested in when deciding between two was in the showroom. Can't ask for better from a hot tub dealer.
