I have never visited Ashley's before.. Was quite impressed with the ambience of the store and it had very good quality and variety of furniture. Further, the superb services provided by Rish was an extra value add. He was friendly, has a great product knowledge and was able to clarify the doubts we had (suggested us various options based on our requirements). Ashley's is one stop shop now for our furniture needs and highly recommended if you are also looking for quality furniture and services.

Sales staff were absolutely great. Bought a nice Darcy sofa with big cushiony arms, impossible to find elsewhere. Great price as it had a manager's deal/price match thing. Excellent selection of colors. They deliver (70) and have 5yr warranty (80). 3wks for order to arrive

We bought a kitchen island in your Dartmouth store yesterday. The whole experience was so easy and pleasant. We picked up our purchase at warehouse, it took no time at all before they opened the box to inspect to make sure it was perfect. Took the island home and was shocked and pleasantly surprised that it was particularly assembled!! There was still assembly needed but it was very easy instructions were clear and fool proof. Next time we need a household we will look at Ashley furniture store first. All sales staff were exceptionally good.

The Rep we dealt with Was Steve Miller ( Yes like the Steve Miller Band lol ) he was very patient and understanding in what i was looking for, he even gave us time to go and discuss our decision on our purchase and come back the next day.
