I have waited a year to post this review to ensure that there were no issues post-install. I am happy to report, from my first meeting with Frank (who explained how the pumps worked and exactly what I needed) through the install with Brandon and his team, (all of whom were extremely professional) and a yearly cleaning, I am so happy with the function of the Daiken pumps. I would highly recommend ATL Refract. Great service and staff.

Had a Daikin Aurora mini split heat pump installed by these guys. Staff was friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable. The install quality is top notch and the unit works great. Highly recommend.
Excellent Work from start to finish. I have a large garage that I use as a workshop with an upstairs and a downstairs. The Daikin heat pump is perfect for that space in the winter.
I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and experience the team has. I brought in 4 different contractors among them was ATL-REFAC to quote me on installing a mini-split heatpump but it was an easy choice to go with this company. The estimator who came in provided us with the best solution that suits our house. I was fascinated with the crew that came in, they were up to speed with where the heatpumps should go, they worked safely and efficiently. I also liked how they weren't rushing and took their time to make sure we knew how to operate it and how to clean the filters. I recommended ATL-REFAC to family and friends and all ended up installing heat-pumps. We love our heatpump, it saves us money in the winter and keeps us warm while in the summer it keeps the house nice and cool. I recommend ATL-REFAC to anyone who is planning on installing a heatpump. This company will stand behind the product they install and make sure the customer is always happy.
