Worst ever dermatology clinic... I have been living in a depression for over 3 years until now because of them and their dishonesty in their work and their consultation.. they got my skin very thin ( my face ) which reflects on an exhausted look ... i have been out of Canada for over two years , and i am thinking of going back just to sue them, so they don’t do this to others. Because of course at the beginning you would think that they know what they are doing , but you won’t be satisfied with the results due to their most interest which is ( MONEY ) . I do not recommend anyone to consulate them in any dermatology work even if the work not in the same clinic. Im speaking from a real experience, You will regret any dermatology consultation from them . The worst event that ever happened to me is by this clinic. Imagine it was in 2017, and i still have the worst results, which can’t be fixed ! So it sticks for the whole life ! Worst ever!

I have never been to a better Dermatology Clinic. I have been dealing with extremely bad eczema flare ups for the past 3 years. It got so bad that in October I was hospitalized and had to have an IV antibiotic to clear it up. I have been passed around between walk-ins and dermatologists with nothing more than a "you have to replace x hygiene product with y hygiene product". Dr. Sutherland knew instantly what medication to put me on to clear my flare ups to the point where they only come if I have a stressful day. Not only did she do that but she booked me in for patch testing to find out what my problem actually is. I just finished my second day of patch testing and found out I have a very strong reaction to Nickel and a few other things. I cannot recommend Dr. Sutherland and the rest of the staff here enough.

Over the past ten years I have been going for Botox and Fillers, I am so happy to have discovered Atlantic Skin, Dartmouth. The best ever. I have never had a bruise or an uncomfortable experience what so ever. Dr. Gallant and the staff are just the greatest. Give them a try!
