We had 2 burgers, 2 orders of sweet potato fries and one order of onion rings. The burgers were delicious, the sweet potato fries done to perfection, however the onion rings were awful. They were crusty, falling apart and so salty i could not eat them and threw them in the garbage. I had not ordered onion rings from anywhere for awhile. I was expecting golden brown onion rings that stayed together not these ones. A&W need to greatly improve on their onion rings and lay off the salt.

Absolutely disgusting example of what happens when a good franchise is poorly managed. Today at this location we received onion rings that looked like they had been fried in the deep fryer then reheated on the grill and burned. The staff told us this was the best they could do because of the fryer but miraculously the fries came out perfect. The mozza burger came with enough soggy lettuce to make a salad of its own if you don't mind soggy lettuce. I love a&w but i will never let anyone i know eat at Mic Mac Mall again.
this is the only fast food that you have to pay for everthing..but showing in the menu board, double burger with pop and fries..ending 34 for 2 meals we will never come back anymore..

My husband and I had lunch at the Mic Mac Mall A&W at the food court and it was absolutely delicious!! He had the double teen burger and I had the single - the patties were juicy, the vegetables were fresh and crisp, the bun was fresh and soft, and the bacon full of flavour!!! We shared french fries and an order of onion rings, and nothing disappointed - honestly!!! Additionally, the service was fast, the staff friendly and the price was reasonable - and yes, I went back to tell them how much we enjoyed our meal :) So thank you A&W, you rarely disappoint and I'm grateful for that!!
