Went here to pick up a few Christmas presents. The store is very well laid out and given the fact it was so close to Christmas, fairly neat. It was also very well staffed. I only have one minor complaint but it is far outweighed by some outstanding customer service but I will mention it - every gaming system is well marked in it’s section and all it’s accessories are there - we needed a new Xbox one cord, ours had given up the ghost, which is NOT the other Xbox things ( as you would expect) the associate we asked for help told us to look “over there” which in a big store was not especially helpful, but they were moderately busy, I get it. All of their cashes were open, which was great and the line moved quickly, and most importantly, we picked up something that was priced incorrectly and they honoured the incorrect (but lower) price., so overall an excellent shopping experience.

****Warning**** If you want to Buys Apple products then do not buy them from Best Buy! Go to Apple for the best price Bought an Apple Laptop from Best Buy from a sales person in a red Apple shirt who I thought worked for Apple. Come to find out that he does not work for Apple and that the Apple promotion for students Best Buy does not honor. Found this out a after I purchased the Laptop. So much for price matching. ****Warning**** If you want to Buys Apple products then do not buy them from Best Buy! Go to Apple for the best price I did discuss this with their manager and he just shrugged me off. There is too many options today to put up with this kind of service!

Literally woke up to 600 taken out of my bank account at 4am for a desk I purchased back in December that never got delivered. I called customer service and they informed me I’d have to go down to the store to get a refund back to my card, so I did. Keep in mind this is my third time going down to Best Buy to get my order completed. I get to the store and start figuring out why it was taken in the first place, they tell me it was a mistake that it shouldn’t have happened. Long story short they refused to give me my funds back and said that it was something the call center had to deal with. I said I’ll wait until you call customer service in get me my money back. Another guy named Andy shows up and I could tell he was in a mood before even coming to me, he literally walked around the counter and told me to get out of the store, that I wasn’t welcome back.

Almost all electronics stuff here and pretty good deals on all holiday seasons. Also they have plenty of places to park your cars.

Usually receive excellent customer service at this location, besides today. Went in to pick up laptops purchased online and asked for a physical receipt. The manager wouldn't talk to me, only through the employee directed to me. "There's no way the customer can get a receipt" "it's not even possible for us to print a receipt for the customer" "the receipt isn't even in our system to print for the customer". She could've stopped down speaking then, but felt the need to go on "the customer will get a receipt emailed in 5-10 minutes" "this was all explained to the customer while purchasing online". I was standing right there, smiled and said "well just thought I would ask!" Still haven't received an emailed receipt. Female manager with straight hair and glasses has 0 people skills. She's been rude to me before, and this being the second time I thought I would write a review.

Will avoid buying electronics at this Best Buy store. Bought two DJI Mavic Mini at this store . Neither one of them would work . Impossible to make a connection between controller & drone . Believe I was sold two dysfunctional Mavic drones . They were duds.

What they don't take calls anymore? I don't live close and wanted to talk to someone before I make a 3 hour drive but there's no option to talk to anyone in this store.
