Great selection of building materials and tools. Staff are very helpful! Deliveries have been on time - a real plus!
Not good. Order was suppose to be ready but was not even picked yet. I was the only customer there at that time at least 3 Bird Stairs employees there but sent the new guy to pick the order by himself . Almost 40 minutes later had my order loaded and left. Your service is usually far better.

I got accused. .no I was told I stole from here and was called a thief and that I was "a piece of fu@#ing garbage that wasn't welcome in the store anymore" by the manager in front of other staff and in front of other customers... more like he was yelling all of this at me, no exaggeration at all. when I went back to look at the cameras at the store to prove that I didn't steal what he thought I did (he called me back after I left the store to demand the product be returned) he realized that I didn't take anything and he said he was sorry and took me to the front desk to tell the staff that I didn't steal. But it hurt my reputation in the business world, I lost jobs and i lost some customers in the form of subcontractors as well who now think I'm a thief because word of mouth spreads and people heard what i was accused of but they werent there to know the outcome. and every time I go into the store the employees treat me different and I'm watched like hawk which is a terrible feeling when I've been buying from there for 6 years regularly and I've never stole anything in my life. The way they handled the situation was down right wrong and nothing is going to make up the thousands I lost in revenue
