He managed to squeeze my job in the next day and helped me quickly identify the root cause of the water troubles so I could get it repaired under warranty. He provided me pictures of the findings to support my warranty claim. I would recommend Lester and his team to anyone.
Lester and his team were great to deal with and did an amazing job on our roof. It was completed in a few days. He was also more than willing to come with many samples for me to choose from. Overall very impressed.
Going above and beyond is what Bluenose Roofing does best, and I don't just mean going above on your rooftop. About 3 years ago, we had our skylight replaced by Bluenose. They left an impression, they were prompt, professional, reasonable and provided quality workmanship. You often hear of people having problems with leaking after they have a skylight replaced, well it has been over 3 years since our skylight was replaced and thanks to the good people at Bluenose and their quality workmanship, we are pleased to say that we have never experienced leaking. Recently, we had an issue with our roof, we could see daylight through the cap, there was a small hole up through the top of the roof. We contacted Bluenose, they were prompt, showed up at our house within a couple of hours, went up on our roof assessed the situation, returned to their truck for shingles and repaired not one, but 2 holes. They explained that it looked like racoons were on our roof, the racoons could feel the warm air coming from the attic and were trying to claw their way in to make a nest. When you have a roofing issue, big or small, it is worrisome. It is nice to have professionals, like Bluenose, that you can rely on. I highly recommend this company and all the services they provide.
After having bought a new house, there were a few leaks that needed to be taken care of. Lester from Bluenose Roofing and Siding came out to my place promptly. They gave me a VERY reasonable estimate for the work, and then did it perfectly. I then had Lester drop by for a followup check on an issue, and got to see him in action, taking apart my walls and then putting them together again all in the span of less than 30 minutes. The experience he has was on full display. Lester was fantastic to deal with, and I would have no issue referring anyone and everyone to Bluenose Roofing and Siding for any work needed. A perfect, pain free experience.
I was sitting on my patio this morning and noticed a women had fallen out of a taxi. The cab driver got out to check on her. There was a gentleman from bluenose roofing and siding saw her fall also . The gentleman from bluenose roofing without hesitation went to her rescue because the taxi driver looked puzzled as what to do. The gentleman from bluenose helped her up and made sure she made it into her apartment. I would like to give a big shout out of thanks for the bluenose worker who was so kind in making sure she was OK and made it safely to her apartment. Kindness like this is automatic and you can’t teach it. If they take this kind of care with people they don’t know imagine the time and care they put into the work they do on your house. Bluenose roofing is the real deal. Thanks so much to the kind gentleman that helped this poor lady. Bluenose has great and caring workers .
