Jackson on the service counter was very good! Then dealt with Mark in Auto Parts and he was wonderful, pulled Parts out from the back, confirmed inventory, we were very pleased with the service! Bought a 1,000 set of new sneakers for the old RAV4!

I got a bad experience there. Terrible! After getting 3 copied keys . I can’t use them open the door ! I need to spend one hour drive back and pay the bridge fee. They told me the machine shows these keys are the same!!!! They are different if you compare the groove on the surface. The elder lady told me again and again. The machine shows they are the same keys!! I can give you the refund. They did even say sorry or try to fix the mistake! Such a bad service I never get! If you want to make a copy for the key. Don’t come there! This is my experience I want to share.
