I met with Cathy on a Monday for over an hour discussing rates and preferences for her to put together an outoook package and preapproval for Tuesday (her deadline). On Wednesday I followed up with no answer and on Thursday night I finally received a boilerplate template without any information we discussed. Best of all was Cathys complete disregard for the security of clients personal information as she copied all of my persona information (Social, birthdate, full name) into a note book. When I asked her to remove it she flipped through exposing the information of at east three others from her notebook which were not yet destroyed. If you value your time and the security of your personal information, DO NOT go to Cathy Parker.
