We have worked with Sarah Sullivan for almost a decade. She helped us sell our first home and buy our dream home. She found our dream home in an area that we hadn't considered, but boy are we happy with the result. When it came time to move again, we had zero reservation working with Sarah. She had her professional photographers take pictures of our home, while following COVID protocols for our safety and comfort. She advised us professionally on the listing price of our home and scheduled three days of showings (hot market). Our home sold in those three days with Sarah guiding us along every step. Our house sold in March 2021. She kept is informed and educated and most importantly calm. We are moving to a different province, otherwise we would work with Sarah on the purchase of our new home. She's an excellent agent and I have zero hesitation recommending her to anyone serious about using a professional to sell or buy their home.

Why would a broker not get involved when the conduct of one of its agents is so questionable? Brokers are supposed to be the first line of defence against unscrupulous agent behaviour. It's shameful that the brokerage hasn't made any statement condemning the agent's behaviour.

Sarah Sullivan will steal your dog and sell them. She was just suspended and fined 2500. Sullivan had previously been disciplined for providing false or misleading information to the commission during the course of an investigation in 2014.

How can you trust a real estate company when it allows an agent to misrepresent herself to an elderly man, take his dog and refuse to return it. Sarah Sullivan has been suspended for her actions and she still refuses to return Snoopy. Pathetic and dishonest. List elsewhere.
