I saw the truck was outside my house but left after like 3 min, the agent did not bother to deliver it or call me to pick up the package. The status was updated on online tracking as "Correct address needed" I immediately called DHL customer service and explained the truck came to right address. The lady said they will attempt on next working day which is after 3 days holidays. I asked would they call me on next attempt because there is no point coming again and just leave, she said it depends as the delivery agent may or may not have the phone. I asked for pick up instead of delivery, she said it would take another 48 hrs to schedule it. So essentially I have to wait 6 days (including 3 holidays) where if the delivery agent would have spent 5 more minutes to call me and deliver it instead of just leaving while I watch the truck just come and go. Bottom line: "Avoid this company if you can, they do not care about your package or your time."

Over not happy that you can't pay with out credit card on duty. I understand there is Covid. Even if having to use credit they don't have a person to do so over the phone. All automated or on line .
Great place with friendly staff. Way better compared to Canada post. Would be a 5 out of 5, but this location kind of sucks and having the office in the back of the building is just odd. You just need to figure it out because there was no signs when I was there last.
My parcel was to ship from Ontario to my home address in Halifax....Address was correct...Parcel was first dropped off in Moncton NB on the 15th.......Was promised delivery on Tuesday the 16th....Sent to the DHL terminal in Dartmouth for "PICK UP" on the 17th!!!!! No way I'm 81!!!!.
Attn. Business Customers -- If DHL makes a mistake on a freight quote (weight and dimension is given on each box). DHL will tell a customer they are 100% responsible for the cost of their mistake. Even if you have an email trail of evidence there is no fighting a DHL employee mistake. The DHL bill was over 1,500 CAD more than quoted. (Aprox. 40% more than quoted). Quote was done by an account manager/sales rep out of their Montreal, Canada location. The DHL employee who tells you that you have to pay for DHL's mistake is located outside of Canada.

Not good costumer service staff. My Parcel did not come on expected date. When I asked for pick up they refused and ask me to wait 48 hours. My parcel came from other country and they charged more import duty then the price of the parcel.
I deal with DHL all the time for my business in Dartmouth. Scott one of the delivery drivers always goes above and beyond to help with deliveries.
