For the first time ever, my sewer backed up, an hour and a half *before* a home inspector and potential buyers were supposed to turn up. Chris came right over, and did a thorough job of making sure everything was checked out and done up right. He's personable and relaxed (which is exactly what I needed, cuz i think I was about to cry), let me know what he was doing, and asked permission before taking certain steps. I was completely thrilled with the service..and then got the bill. I was SHOCKED-- I expected it to be much higher. I typically only write reviews for exceptionally poor service, or exemplary service. Drain Surgeons are top notch in my book, and will now be my go-to plumbers.
Thank you, Drain Surgeons. We had a blockage in our sewer pipe, ended up being toys our kids flushed. Chris was very quick to respond and solve our problem. They were very professional, kind and left no mess. I will be using them again for any of my plumbing needs.
