Update: their manager called me after I posted this review. She said this location IS CLOSED! (When I had an appointment there!) and they're merging with Bedford one which I told her I can't go to and would like to cancel the rest of the sessions and refund my money (I guess they had to honor me with giving my money back after the mess they made anyway!) She said she's gonna talk to corporate and gonna get back to me. Guess what, 3 weeks and haven't heard from them! :) I had an appointment here for my 2nd session which I paid up front (for 6 sessions) at 12 today. I got here at 11:50 and they were closed. Guess what, it's 12:20 and they're still closed! :) These guys have no respect for their clients. I had to work my schedule around this as I'm a very busy person and live far from here. I did it for the good reviews and bought a package. Hope I won't have problems refunding my money! I didn't pay 400 to waste my time!

I highly recommend this clinic. Nikki is an informed, practical, and professional clinician. I am currently having laser hair removal treatments with great results! I am beyond pleased; so much so that I plan on coming back to this clinic for skin care treatments. Thank you Nikki for amazing care and service!

Amazing service. I have been going to Nicki for hair removal treatments and an IPL facial. I’m really happy. I’ve noticed results right away with hair removal and my IPL facial made my skin soo clear. Nicki is great to talk too but also very informative about treatments. I highly recommend.
