Last year I printed business card and the quality and service are very good and immediately received quote and proceeded with the order. Lately I submitted online quote request called and visited the press and still waiting for a quote to be submitted. Very disappointed for not responding they wasted my time.

We use this company for all of our printing for our small business HALIFAX VR. They've delivered on every project, guided us when needed and offer great prices. You can find cheaper printing online but you cant beat the experience this place offers.
I came to etc. with a project only a couple of days before the Christmas weekend and the service I received was excellent. Not only did they get the job done before the weekend, they also did an awesome job formatting and printing my project, which turned out way better than I ever expected! Highly recommend this place for any printing needs, staff were very friendly as well.
Worst experience ever. We stopped by to get name tags printed for our wedding. We were told they could do the work and to expect the quote before the end of the day. End of day we called to follow up on the quote and we were told it will get sent in a bit. We kept checking emails for the quote that night but didn’t receive anything. First thing the next day I called to find out what happened with the quote and was told the person who did the quotes wasn’t in yet. Around 2:30pm they called my fiancée to say they couldn’t do the work anymore. No apology nothing and wasting our time for over 24 hours when they could have easily said they couldn’t do the work from the on set.
Dealing with Patrick Johnston @ etc Press Limited has been phenomenal! I have worked with different print shops throughout HRM and the service and diligence that I have experienced at this print shop has been amazing nowhere near compared to what I received from the other establishments. Staff are very professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!
Do not waste your time. This company kept my fiancé and I waiting for 2 days just to get a quote for name cards, table names and the seating chart. (It was 4 days before our wedding and that told us it would be no problem at all, and we even left some materials there to be printed). We kept calling them, and they kept stalling on the quote. Finally they called me 36 hours before my wedding to say ‘yeah, to be honest we’re just not going to get to this’. No apology for completely screwing us over, which was atrocious. When I asked if they could send me the materials I had left at the store, I was told ‘no, you can come and get it’ and then they hung up on me. I’m still in shock writing this, at the disrespect, horrendous customer service and zero acknowledgment of the stress and trouble they caused. Horrible service, worse people. There are many other printing companies available in Halifax, so don’t waste your time with these people.
