SIX MONTH OLD GLASSES I lost a lens because the it was not fitted properly in the frames. I spent 150 to have it replaced. In less than a week the new lens fell out. Previously I was told there was nothing could be done .The only solution was to buy new frames. They sold me an inferior product and will not take responsibility. It appears these folks are in it for the money only.

I've called twice now to book an appointment, once when they first opened and then again last week. BOTH times, I never got a call back. I get them being busy... but atleast call me back! Talk about bad business practice...
It was very hard to make an appointment, I understand there is COVID to deal with but getting back to your patients is not your strong suit. I tried to make an appointment for my two daughters and was told "the schedule isn't made that far out yet" when they were booked until the following month and to "call back". (I called somewhere else, both need new glasses so you lost that business). I needed my glasses because I was off work and suffering with a concussion, there were special lenses ordered for me and I was told will be here in 3 weeks... 8 weeks and 4 calls (from me) later I was able to pick them up at the door but was told "they will fall off your face because we don't have an appointment for you to get them adjusted". I needed them so off I went, I called two days later to make an appointment to get them adjusted, left a voicemail with two numbers I could be reached at and SURPRISE no call back. I really liked my doctor (the only reason for the second star), she was great and professional but unfortunately that is not enough to keep our family as customers. You have lost the 5 of us and whoever we speak to about you. Do better!
I went for eye exam during covid the staff were ok the doctor was no problem i pick out a pair of glasses. They came in two weeks had to wait another two weeks to get them adjusted. So I am wearing glasses that I can't see out of and paid 400 plus dollars so I was rudely told to come in and have them checked . So I go in now a least wearing glasses two months .I have move them around my face to see .Donna I believe her name was told me they were my prescription and offered rather rudely you will get the doctor to see i can't see what the problems is i told i can't see the signs on the wall again its your prescription. I now made an arrangement to seek out another optometrist. And will pay another 400 plus dollars for new glasses .I will never ever go near this clinic again or any other family focus clinics. I will be perusing this farther if the other doctors find that mistakes were made .l
Been going here for years and it’s always been positive, I went to look at glasses on Friday, booking an appointment took awhile but with covid it’s expected,I picked out a pair of glasses at 10 in the morning and they were ready at 3 in the afternoon I couldn’t believe it as there’s usually a 2 week wait, anyways good work.

I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had today... Thank you so much to each and every staff member who made myself & my daughter feel comfortable (and excited!) about our appointments. Definitely a prime example of above & beyond!
I went to the walk in clinic with a piece of slag in my pupil. I was referred over to these guys and was seen within the hour to have it removed. They did regular check-ups over the next two weeks and provided eye drops at no cost. I'm grateful for your service and for helping me with that situation. I later got a prescription for glasses and although they offered me a pair to buy I couldn't afford it in store and they were in no way condescending nor did they "guilt" me in to buying. Thank you!
