Friendly prompt service. GREAT food. Highly recommended. We ordered the Szechuan duck, ginger beef is battered and just what I was looking for! Very covid safe with tables spread out with dividers. A must try for sure.

Fan's in my opinion the best Chinese in the HRM. They offer dim sum Saturdays and Sundays...don't even the traditional carts, they offer a dim sum menu on a sheet of paper, you check off the number you want beside the desired items. We had the cilantro shrimp dumplings, shrimp stuffed eggplant and peppers and sticky rice in lotus leaves, we order honey garlic spareribs from the main menu as well. Dim Sum is hugely popular with Asians as was evident by the number in the restaurant on Saturday. Great restaurant, good service, wonderful variety.

Delicious food here! My boyfriend and I dropped by here on our way out of Halifax. We were able to order from both the lunch and dinner specials in the menu, despite going at lunch time. We ordered the Dan Dan noodles and ginger-sesame beef stir fry specials. The portions are huge for the price you pay. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal, but would likely order a different dish if we ever went back. I would reorder the noodles in a heartbeat! Flavour of the broth, and amount of noodles and meat could tie you over for a while. Interior was clean with lots of seating available. Washrooms were clean as well. Service was quick and unassuming. All in all, if I'm ever back in the area I wouldn't hesitate to return.
Recently moved to HRM from Toronto and I've been on the hunt for awesome, authentic Chinese food. Kept hearing about Fan's so came today with the family for dim sum. We were sooooo happy and stuffed with goodness! Will definitely be back again!!
