Great spot for a family walk with amazing views of Halifax. The playground is small but the ground is nice and padded in case of falls. Lots of picnic tables and benches as well.

Our favourite place to hit up when I have my boy with me. The playground is accessible year round with stunning views of the Halifax skyline. A wicked place to sit down and watch the sunset!v bonus points for the fact there's a time and bathrooms 1 minute away by foot. A huge advantage as a parent lol.

A definite must is checking out the Daffodil Garden for Cancer Survivors. A great place to reflect on your journey. Although it's a tribute to those who have beaten cancer, and to their family and friends. But it is also not to take anything away from those who are no longer with us. Remember them in your hearts.
