Just thought I should do a review since I haven't. I'm a very skeptical person by nature but I think that we also need to be open to trying things. It's difficult for me because I'm so use to following Western medicine, which is usually the way it goes so I know some people like me are reading this. I see a Westernized medicine vet, Dr. Bishop and I see Kristy here for massage as often as I can. I feel like all of these play a part in helping my dog. When I first came to this clinic, Dr. Bishop told me that she expects her clients to do well. When others seemed to give up on us, she gave me advice and tips, I was just floating around but the encouragement really helped prompt me to push back for more. Kristy is extremely nice, and I think my dog really enjoys the massages, they've helped a lot. Between the medicine we get there, Dr. Bishop, and Kristy, I notice mobility change and comfort. Even with the difficulty resting at night, my dog rests peacefully after acupuncture, she's more relaxed. It matters. They listen so well, and never brush you off. They give you their full attention and take it in. The staff is very kind, they take each question I have and try to help as best they can. They're always kind and welcoming. If I believe in anything, it's that I believe in results, and I'm seeing results in the things I'm doing and the help I get here. What more can you ask for? I love my dog so much, and I trust that they care about her to because they show that.

My toy poodle Sophie had a traumatic accident in 2017 that resulted in two partial amputations and a third leg with missing tendons. At the time we were not sure exactly how well she would react to her situation and if we were making the right choices for her. I am happy to say she has not lost an ounce of her spirit, is happy, healthy and gets along quite well with her two prosthetics. She still rules the house. Full Circle Vet has been amazing with her continual after care to ensure her body is adjusting properly and functioning well. Regular physiotherapy with Kim and check ups with Dr Fisher ensure she will continue to be her feisty self. We are so fortunate to have a clinic that provides these services for our special family members.

Dr. Bishop has provided wonderful care to my senior dog Marley. Marley suffered a broken leg that was never given any care before finding her way to our family. Therefore she has trouble with that leg, which in turn causes issues with her gait, stance and mobility. Under Dr. Bishop's care, Marley has been kept comfortable and mobile. I fully believe that Marley would not be with me today without our monthly visits to Full Circle. I love that Dr. Bishop is well versed in the usual treatments and practises but also offers alternative therapies, which allows us combine the 2 apporaches to offer Marley the very best care appropriate for her specific needs. I can't say enough about the team at Full Circle. They've got the best rehab vet on the planet in Dr. Fisher, and Dr. Bishop is a pro that has seen it all. The techs, everyone, friendly and professional, but note, they are all about Alternative Veterinary Medicine including Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Due to COVID-19, staff is collecting your pet at your car, calling you on your phone to answer questions, delivering service and returning your pet to you outside of the clinic.
