We had a great shopping experience with Gallery One. The show room displays are set up to show an idea without overwhelming. The sales person was professional; available when we wanting information but also gave us room to shop on our own. The product is beautiful. We were able to pick up our chairs within 24 hours of purchasing them because they were on the local warehouse. Pickup at the ware house was efficient. The quality is fantastic. Unfortunately many products were shipping into January or March (due to COVID).

We were pleasantly surprised when walking into the showroom, the staff " Scott " made it clear that he was available for any questions we may have and let us peruse the store without following us around. We were shopping for a couple recliners and when we found something of interest we gained Scott's attention and he answered all the questions we had, completed the deal and now we're anticipating the arrival of our new Palliser recliners.
