Everthing was so rushed when viewing and signing paperwork because lease agent was always overbooked. Terrible communication. I was lied to when moving in, the suite didn't have any of repairs i was told it would have. It was absolutly filthy. There was still drywall dust under the few wall patches that were actually done or half done. The bathroom wasnt clean, the toilet was visibly dirty from the repairman, thick dust build up on lights. All appliances were dirty. I could go on. I was fed multiple lies and excuses. However, life threw me a curveball and I wasn't able to fulfill my lease, they found a replacement. So i do appreciate that. I dont appreciate when I witnessed the lease agent lie directly to the new tenant (over the phone) in front of me, about my situation. Then she insisted i play along with the lie when the new tenant shows up. It took 26 days to receive my DD back after I contacted them about 5 times. I left the property is much better condition than I received it. They took 75 off my return for "paperwork fees" after I was told I was told I would receive the full amount. Liars, crooks, overall terrible experience. Completely unprofessional. Wouldn't trust them as a tenant and especially not as a homeowner looking rent out my space.

The worst landlord I've ever had. We had rodents and they let it go weeks without dealing with them. Horrible at communicating. Please live anywhere else besides one of these properties.
I would give zero stars if it were an option. I have emailed this "business" numerous times over the years. Every single time I get a response saying the rental is gone but if I answer questions about the type of home I'm looking for, someone will let me know if something comes up. Don't waste your time with this organization.
