What a pleasure dealing with HouseMaster and Dan! This is our 6th home purchase and 5th home inspection. Dan took the time to carefully explain, as the inspection progressed, what he saw and its effect. He summarized the essential "to do" items and took great photos, so that it was easy to refer to items within the report. Our realtor recommended Dan as the inspector he would be using for his own purchase, and we weren't disappointed. Happy to recommend this service and would use again, should the occasion arise.
