I'm on Autofill with this company. I had a little incident yesterday after the drive left. So, I called today & was talking to a helpful, kind & professional employee named "Anne", at their answering service. She helped me with all of my questions & concerns. She did not want me to wait on hold so instead took my phone number for the proper department to get back to me. A customer service. Would recommend!

Irving's installed a new furnace which had problems and left us holding the bag. For those who like to read more...Every time the blower would come on it would repeatly shut off then come on recycling 3 or 4 times before finally staying on. They tried to fix it several times then gave up and left us holding the bag. We spent money on our own trying to get it fixed. We are throwing it out and will be getting a new furnace. Irving will be the last one I will go through because they left me holding the bag. Boycott them comes to mind

Not pleased with this company. It is winter, no one needs big brain to know that this is the busiest time of the year for heating services therefor more problems more orders, more people calling. I have spent a week trying to get one thing out of Irving customer service. How much am I going to pay for heating oil if ordered on demand? First time I called, waited for 30 minutes and the person said it was another department I would have talk to so someone needed to call back. Someone called my husband and I wasn’t with him, that giving that I left my number available.I called again, waited for 40 minutes and I asked how much is the price of oil for non customers. That day it was 0.8490/L. They said if I wanted to know how much I would pay because I get discount For using their propane then someone would have to call me back. I gave my number no one called back. I called again, expressed my frustration, the person first said I would receive 0.15/L for propane and 0.10/L for oil discount. I asked how much was oil today and she said 0.9490/L. So my ten cents discount because I am already a customer it is an illusion. When I politely expressed my frustration she said usually the department that knows about customer bundles was still closed. When I complained she just transferred the phone call. I never got it resolved. If I got an answer and decided to buy their oil I wouldn’t have it for another 7 days. They don’t have enough staff to answer phone calls; their oil is more expensive than everybody else. There is no benefit of using them vs other company. I am not treated as valued customer. Their sectioned system by dividing each subject into different departments only make customers frustrated because their menu does only state generic options. They do not want the business. So since that is how I am treated I will look for another company next year for propane.

The guy showed up to my house didnt even know what he was there to do, was rude and short the whole time, worst experience with an oil company ever, do not use these guys.
