I have been with this company for many decades and this was my first claim. Recently I was hit by another vehicle and I was not in the car. The owner of other vehicle stayed on the scene till I got there. Very kind of him. I was new to the process and as a widow I was unnerved. My husband would have not been. At the first call to my insurance agent I was talked to with dignity and compassion. From that point to the end result, which was a write off of my car, I felt like someone cared. I spoke to Ryan in Newfoundland whom explained everything about this process. Haven’t ever had to do this I knew nothing about taking plates off or taking registration to sign off on. Ryan walked me through it all. I had a rental car from day one and again the insurance booked it so all I had to do was drive away. Today I went to see Blair in Dartmouth and again was greeted well and he also explained more to me. I can only say except that I lost my car it was a great experience. We all have insurance and really don’t know how good it is until we have to use it. Fortunately I am with your company and will continue with your company and if anyone asks I will say I am totally satisfied and will recommend this company.

I had a claim with this company. I guess, I say good luck to get hold of the adjuster. Its okay for them to drive a damage car and wait for their people to act and process your claim. Been customer with them over 15 years, never had a claim, Now I'm thinking moving to other insurance.
