I want to give a heads up to anyone decides to deal with this company. We bought a walkie electric pallet Jack from Dartmouth branch which after 67 hours got into a problem with the built-in charger. After contacting the company they sent a technician who just could say this is from the Batch of Battery Charger packs which had a problem and we have stopped using it but you need to buy a new pack of Batteries and Charger at a price of 1200 bucks. He was nice enough to charge our Walkie with a loner charger though afterwards we received an invoice of 400 for that service.
