Strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new door for their house. Had the owner himself over to handle a three panel replacement of our two bay doors. Great local business thats been around almost 30 years. Came in and completed the work with many other customers to serve - and fit us in himself! Our new provider of overhead door service! Highly recommended!!!
From the booking, to the install it was a very smooth process and everyone I've dealt with have been exceptionally professional. The installer (Andrew) who just finished my garage door was very kind, did an excellent job and he gave me some very important tips too. To top it off KBI Garage Door Service actually has one of the best prices in Halifax!
Rare experience for a contractor in NS. My call was returned promptly and technician showed up the same day exactly at the time he said he would. Repairs made the same day and no unnecessary repairs or up selling was recommended. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.
It is very apparent that KBI Garage Door Service takes customer service very seriously. Our new residential garage door was scheduled to be installed on March 24th, 2020. Due to COVID-19 KBI temporarily closed their business on March 20th, 2020 which was just before our new door was to be installed. I’m very happy to say that our new door was installed on May 8th, 2020 and it looks fantastic. Throughout the entire process KBI kept me up to date and after they semi-opened this past week our installation was the first to be completed. I would like to thank everyone who was involved from the beginning to the end. Jordan – Sales, Jackie – Administration, and Andrew & Tyler – Installation. It was a pleasure working with all of you and we are very pleased with our new garage door.
Fast, friendly and efficient service. Reasonably priced, personable staff. These guys did a great job - even changed my garage light bulb while they were here.. I highly recommend them!
Had a broken spring on my garage door at home. Within two hours of my call a technician was at my house and had the repair completed. Very fast professional service.
Quality garage doors and openers. The installers where very knowledgeable and the deal on the garage door with the opener was really a no brainer. 2 years now into owning the garage door openers and there's a warranty issue. Had the technician (Andrew) come over. Parts are coming and things will get fixed. Happens with moving parts but it's how the company responds to the problem that's key. I would not call anyone else when it comes to garage doors in HRM.
