I filled out an LG warranty form to get my appliance fixed that I thought was under warranty. PE appliance repair was called to come and assess what needed to be fixed. when they came I asked specifically if this work was under warranty and the technician replied \YES\. So they came and did the work never mentioning the cost for the work or never mentioned my fridge was not under warranty. In the end is was over 500 repair and if given the option I would have not done the work and put that money into a new fridge but I had no information to make that decision and thought it was under warranty this entire time. I believe this is poor customer service and want to warn anyone using this company that they should verify with LG or the manufacturer before ever using this company because they will not tell you either way and send you the bill!!

Although it took some time for them to get parts in for warranty work, the guy who fixed my fridge with a new Compressor, was professional, knew his job very well and was friendly. I highly recommend them. My experience was great, they do excellent work,
I used these guys last summer when my dishwasher broke. After I call them they took about 2 weeks to get here and another 2 weeks for the part to show up. They changed the thermal fuse in my Kenmore dishes washer in about 10 minutes and charged me 239 Dollars Canadian for parts and labour (I believe the part was aprox 89.00). 3 weeks later the thermal fuse in my dishwasher blew again. I ordered a new thermal fuse and with Amazon Prime it cost me about 17.00 CAD and 2 days to ship, it took me about 20 minutes to change while I drank 1 mug of Yorkshire Gold tea. If you want to save 200 bucks and about 30 days, just do it yourself.
I was happy with the service both times. Very professional techs and they came prepared. Repairs were a bit on the pricey side, but I felt they were in line with the competition.
