Great customer service, quick deliveries. Easy payment options

Been calling since Saturday was told en emergency ticket was sent out they would contact me... never received any call back continued to call 3 other time over weekend with no call back.. called Monday and was told I to transfer the money did so Tuesday morning! Was told they would be out Tuesday or Wednesday... on top of that ran out of oil Tuesday night... called today (there is a snow storm tomorrow) now being told they can't deliver till Friday now and that there driver was already off the road (it was only 430)... we also have a 3 month old that we have to keep warm!! Called around to other companies and they are saying they can come out the same day and are 8 cents cheaper!!! This will be the last time we get fuel from maritime.

Used to be okay, service has become terrible lately. I've been a customer for just under a year, and I've always prepaid my oil. Their driver over filled my tank by 61 cents and they tried to send me to collections for THEIR mistake. After calling in the charge was removed. Two months later and I bought more oil than my tank needed. A week goes by and I have to contact them to be given a choice: let the credit sit on my account, or receive a refund. I opted for my money back. Then comes a whole list of reasons why the agent couldn't give me my refund. I ended up demanding they cut me a check and eventually they agreed. Save yourself the inevitable frustration and go elsewhere.

I had been with Affordable Fuels where the customer service was outstanding! Since it became a part of Maritime Fuels it has not been the same and today was the third strike. I was shocked to be told that I could not get oil delivered for 10 days when prior to today I could always have oil delivered in 24-48 hours. When I inquired about why this was the case, the response was\I think it was posted on social media or something. \ I miss the personal and sincere service of Affordable Fuels. Good bye.

Disappointed that my account has been switched over to Adam's Heating (without being notified) because I'm a pay as you go customer. I've always had a credit with Maritime Fuels and prefer to pay cash but because I'm not on automatic delivery I get sent to Adam's? Plus when I inquired about the credit on my account they could not tell me what it was as there is a glitch in the system right now! Disappointed and once my credit is used up I will be looking elsewhere.
