I contacted Maritime HVAC to inquire about heat pump instillation services. A representative took my contact information and booked me for a phone consultation for the next day, however no one from Maritime HVAC called me back. I reached out the following business day to reschedule. The representative said someone would call me the following day between 10:30am and noon. No one called. ***Edit*** The representative from Maritime HVAC I initially spoke with has since contacted me to express apologies on behalf of the company, suggesting that they failed to keep both scheduled phone consults due to booking glitches. It turns out that someone from the company did try to call me later in the day of our second scheduled consult (though they called far outside of our appointment window). Unfortunately, the number they called from does not display in Caller ID as Maritime HVAC, and they did not leave a message, so I had no way of knowing they called. I have changed my one star review to three stars.
