Best massage I've ever had. Krista is super detail oriented which makes for an excellent massage, aswell as a friendly receptionist and clean modern lobby area.

It was my first time going to a Massage Experts. I went there around Sep 2020. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the massage was very bad. The massage therapist I got, she was friendly but she was sitting down in a chair doing the massage the whole time, which was not enough pressure at all. I wasn't sure if I should speak up and tell her to put more pressure and stand up. Usually a professional massage therapist will check in from time to time asking if the pressure is good enough but she did not ask at all but sat down doing the massage. Pressure was so light that it felt like she was only touching me. I know I could have spoken up but it would be awkward...
Great service. RMT was very skilled and referred me to an excellent Chiropractor who could further treat my issue.
I had booked a massage for both myself and my boyfriend, separately. He had requested no talking and so had I. His masseuse would not stop talking during the massage which really bothered him. My masseuse was very nice but did not take direction very well. I would ask him to go lighter in certain areas but he wouldn't stick with it. The music played in the room was very recognizable which I found made it too difficult to fully relax. It was nice but we probably won't be going back.
I dont know about others but Amanda is my favourite, God bless her hands, I cant wait to go there again.
