Through insurance, I used MCK for renovations due to a fire that happened in 2018 while we were renting out our house. The cabinets and island look great but we've had to re-attach one of corner pieces on the island, fix/adjust a couple of the soft-close hinges and currently our cupboard above the fridge has shifted and is now scraping the top of our fridge when we open/close the doors (worse on the left). We lowered our fridge a bit to resolve the problem. All in all relatively minor stuff. The main reasons for the 2 stars are because our countertop (which we upgraded and paid extra for) did not have the proper number of holes put into it initially and there was some hesitance with them coming back to fix it but they ultimately did. In addition, there was a corner of our island countertop broken off and repaired which we weren't told about and you can see the line in certain lighting. And lastly, MCK put a builder's lien on our house because the insurance company apparently didn't pay them on time. We were not given a heads up whatsoever and I happened to only find out because my sister was checking our mail as we lived in Ottawa so those legal documents were a lovely addition to our already very stressful situation. Once our insurance claim was closed I emailed MCK about these issues as well as to ask for someone to come out and give us a quote for water damage on the fridge panel (our fault). I was asked who we dealt with and told them who we personally dealt with but I wasn't sure who our insurance dealt with and that was it, no apology and no reply. A different guy called and came out to replace the fridge panel for 200 and that was the end of it.

MCK kitchens did an outstanding job from beginning to end. They came to our home, listened to our ideas, took some measurements and called us back within a week and showed us the digital plans. We loved it. And they took care of everything, including the removal and disposal of our old kitchen. They were always accurate with their timings. No delays. Everything was made easy with no added stress. A big shout out to Wendy who kept things on track and gave us exactly what we wanted..a beautiful kitchen. Thanks!!
From consultation and design right through to final installation, MCK has been outstanding. Ann listened to our desires and assisted us in creating a modern, functional design, then ensured that we knew what to expect at every step of the process. She was also open, and responsive when we made minor changes to the cabinet layout. During installation, Terry's attention to detail, positive attitude and professionalism was a true credit to MCK. Throughout the install he answered any questions we had, explained his process, and most importantly, tolerated our "foreman" cat watching over his every move! We were so impressed with the customer service and the quality of the workmanship that we are now getting them to design and install a new built in entertainment unit. I highly recommend MCK to anyone considering a new custom kitchen.

I recently purchased a new kitchen from MCK. I felt given the amazing service and quality of our kitchen I should send off a recommendation. After going through the process, right from choosing our design, color, cabinet style and fixtures the experience was first class and made very easy by the expert abilities of their staff. I would highly recommend contacting MCK for all of your cabinet needs. They were amazing.
We wanted to get a new look on our kitchen and did some looking around for quotes. MCK Kitchen and Bath was one of the quotes we received. The quote came in the middle of the three, however that was not the only reason we went with them. MCK gave us the best overall value for our money. We had so many questions and Tony was able to put our concerns to rest because he was so knowledgeable with the products. Tony also recommended a contractor who again was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him and his crew. The timeline was met by all involved. There were a few small issues after the fact and MCK provided exceptional and prompt after sale service. We have had our kitchen back now for a few weeks and we couldn't be happier with everything.
