Woke up to find our furnace dead. Called Metro for service and as they are they were busy. But promised to get it fixed by day's end. Late afternoon service tech showed up . His name is Scott had the furnace fixed within a hour and my house is nice and cozy. Thx Metro service was excellent and you did exactly as promised.
Woke up to a cold house. Had to talk to 3 people to get an ETA on a service call but once I got to the right person, they said they would make sure someone came by 1 PM. Scott came by at noon and heat was back on 45 minutes later. He was very efficient and experienced.
I need to know the price range of hot air furnaces installed by "iron dog" before I can commit to the time required to have someone from your company visit my home for an evaluation. I can decide over the phone based on the cost. If it is more than I can afford then it is a waste of your time to visit. Based on my experience with your company on the phone, one star is too many.
Gas Furnace for rental property went down at 7:30Pm last night (-20). Called Metro Burner at 8:30pm and a tech (Christian) was on site at within 30 minutes and had the heat back on within an hour. I was amazed at how quickly he diagnosed the problem with our gas boiler, and even more surprised how well he could work in such a tight/enclosed space where the boiler was located. Quick response....Quick diagnose of problem....Friendly and Professional equals 5 Stars in my books. Thanks Grahame Coleman
Requested a quote for a ducted heat pump system. Was visited by a representative on July 25, 2013. After the initial assessment and walk through I was told the quote would be emailed to me shortly. As of Aug. 11 I still have not received the quote. During that time period I called and asked to speak to the representative 3 times. I was told that he was busy, had just stepped out, etc. I requested that he call me (3 times)-he never did-I was totally ignored. Think about it-if this company is like this when you are trying to give them in the neighbourhood of 10,000.00 in new business-what are they going to be like after they have got your hard earned money and you are trying to get service/repairs??
