The person I dealt with was horrendous. Rude and condescending, made the whole thing seem very sketchy and told me things that conflicted with other things she said. The process itself was long and tedious, confusing and incredibly stressful, but for all who could trudge through that nonsense, it's worth it in the end. I hope other people had better experiences.
