Nov. 2020 paid OK Tire 781 plus taxes for new winters and install. March 2021 took my vehicle to another service centre and was advised that the last garage (ie OKay Tire on Wright Ave) had stripped two of the wheel studs on one wheel so I had to repair at a cost of 171. Presented stripped studs and receipts to Okay on Mar 31 and was advised that the Manager would be calling me - April 12 - still no call. Not impressed with Okay Tire.
Visited OK Tire on two occasions, once to put winter tires on and then to get an oil change. On the first visit I had a minor issue which was dealt with satisfactorily. It is obvious that they value their customers and take complaints seriously. In addition, the service delivery was fast and efficient. This is now my go to place for all my vehicle service needs. Definitely recommend - 100%.
