We recently bought a new Toyota Corolla LE and I must say it was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. We are seniors and have bought quite a few cars over the years. Terry Murphy was friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and we never felt pressured at any time. When we picked up the car Terry went over and above what was expected, even tagging the manual so we could easily find info on the car's features, which we found very helpful. Our first time buying a Toyota. He followed up with us a few days later for a customer service checkup. We love our new car and will recommend O'Regan's Toyota Dartmouth to our family and friends. Hello, My company just bought a 2016 GMC Sierra from this dealership. The communication with the dealer was via email only. The sales representative that contacted me was Amanda Morvan. I can only say that I was really happy to negotiate a deal with an experienced salesperson like her.She gave me all the details and documentation I was looking for including pictures of the underbody of the truck. The dealers' website is great with a lot of add on features like a 360 view of the exterior and interior and plenty of information regarding the vehicle.

We never had a Toyota before.. Since we have.. We have been taking it in for servicing to the one on Baker Dr. in Dartmouth N.S. We have been greeted with smiles.. Charged fair prices.. And no surprise extras... If an additional problem is detected.. They tell you about it and ask if you want it addressed this visit or the following one. To us that's incredible. One of the front people at their service center really went the extra mile when I was in this week. I have to give him a shout out.. He's one of the best people I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a customer service setting since I can remember. Thank you Aaron. You're the best.

If you're in the better market for a new car that will retain value and never let you down, look no further. The sales staff are extremely professional, and try to work with you to get what you want. One very nice thing is that the sales staff aren't pushy at all, no harassing phone calls or emails, just a relaxed experience that you can feel comfortable about. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends. We specifically delt with Brandon McNeil, and that's who my review is based on.
