Very friendly and helpful staff. Due to covid and moving from another province we could not visit the facility but the staff there handled everything and checked on our delivery. They made sure the unit was locked after delivery and were quick to issue final credit when the unit was cleared. Always answered the phone and always friendly!

I stored things from my apartment there for maybe three years. My things were the same when I went to clear out the locker as when I put them in. Great service. Convenient. I love the drive in garage, especially in the winter.
This is not a bad place for all of your storage needs. The staff are veryhelpful and friendly. The facilities are only a few years old, so everything is clean and state of the art. While there are cheaper prices out there, the prices are still reasonable. They are also close to the UPS store next door and if one place is busy, the other place will help you out in anyway they can. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to someone who is looking for storage.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean interiors
This company is aptly named- Absolutely Premier site and service from their competant staff. The premises are pristine and safe- if I need to go late at night, I don't feel anything danger- I park inside, and there are cameras 24/7. They are airconditioned.Tomorrow is supposed to be stinking hot- perhaps I'll take my beach chair, some lemonaid and a good book and camp out!
