They lost my graduation photos proofs. SO we had to request them online THEN i was told my eyes were closed while taking the photo with the cap to which NO ONE notified me so if I want a photo with a cap I am supposed to arrange a new date for retakes out of my own time. Around my work schedule so that I can have a photo I should've already had. Very unprofessional Not to mention the amount of students whose back round color blends into the cap. Poor quality all around worst photo company I've ever worked with
