I've been to pro cycle many times for parts and gear and always had a great experience. I recently decided to trade in my concours and had a super positive and incredibly fast turnaround from Ashton at the sales department. I was able to drive back home with a new bike on the very next day of my initial inquiry !

Went to the store. Parts department. Line ups to the middle of the store. 2 parts person s. I finally got to see someone who told me that they had my battery in stock. But it’s not charged. What an outfit. What is the matter. God knows what the owners think.

I have been shopping at Pro Cycle for years. Generally their customer service is pretty good. They're great at ordering stuff if they don't have stock. Only negative: sometimes you have to pointedly ask for help even when they're standing at the desk. However I recently bought a new motorcycle from them (Rebel 1100 6sp). I knew what I wanted so the sales process was really basic. Still the process was made easy by Ashton and Geoff, who were great for answering my questions quickly. Didn't upsell in any annoying way. Their enthusiasm and excitement for me getting this bike felt genuine, which made the whole process seem less like a transaction.
Great service. Purchased an NC 750 Honda touring motorcycle in February 2021. Called up Ashton and experienced prompt and friendly service. Great store and inventory. Thanks Ashton for extending my Honda family!!!
Got a V-Strom 650 over the weekend with Ashton. Clean and simple deal and the bike drives beautifully. Great team over there with solid service.
