I had a shipment marked "out for delivery" this morning, only to have it get flagged as "delayed due to weather".... it was clear and 17 Celsius today. Just say it's not going to arrive today instead of getting my hopes up. Surely Purolator has been around long enough to roughly estimate the number of packages a driver can deliver per day. Just be better, please.

I was waiting at home for an important parcel to be delivered today and I saw the delivery guy approached to my front door when I was sitting in the living room. Hoping to get my parcel, I immediately walked to the front door only found a delivery notice here saying "We're sorry we missed you" and meanwhile the delivery guy had already driven away, and yes, he didn't ring the door bell nor did he actually have my parcel with him. The whole thing just happened 20 mins ago before I left this review... What kind of joke is this? You already made it to my door why don't bring my parcel as well? I had the same experience from this company several times along the past few years.
I just missed a call and received a voice mail telling me that a package was being held for me because it couldn't be delivered the day before since we had moved from our Barrington Street location. This was news to me and my colleagues who were at that location. When I finally got through to someone on the phone, they gave me the name of the company who shipped the package and a phone number ... which did not work. It would have been much easier if the person who left the voice mail had provided a local direct line.
I left a bad review and wanted to edit it as the terminology on the tracking site "delayed due to missed delivery" had me thinking that meant I missed the delivery. I am being informed that means the driver couldn't make my delivery for whatever reason, but not anything to do with me.. I apologize and have never left a one star on any other page ever and fully understand the impact that has on a business and its customers.
Excellent service from Louise. I feel like Purolator needs to expand this depot to compensate for the increase in traffic due to Covid19.
Deliveryman didn't leave notice on door, didn't attempt to knock, or make any form of contact. I get an email notification stating delivery was "attempted". This happens every time Purolator is involved delivering anything I order. I tried contacting customer service, took 3 hours of being on hold, only to have the customer service agent unable to explain the reasons for the repeated fake deliveries, nor where my package was in the system. It's a mystery how Purolator can even stay in business with this quality of service. Absolute trash courier.
Can't seem.to get a package delivered from Purolator. Nobody seems to know where it is and after 5 days if constant phone calls and on hold for hours at a time I don't care anymore. Shame on Amazon for hiring such incompetent companies to deliver their products?!? Whats even more insulting is the canned reply by the owner. Glad she knows how to copy and paste. Maybe work on delivering parcels next? 0 stars for you and your lazy reply. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
