Extremely bad experience... very poor service... employees don't want to solve problems and very rude... had to visit many times because every time they make excuses that they cannot help in the way customer want.... Extremely poor service...

They didn't include my headphones with my phone, singed me up for the wrong plan. Everytime I call no one answers and it tells me to enter in a customers mailbox number. Not happy at all!
Went to Rogers with a few questions. They were very helpful.
Hit and miss for service with a smile , but no sense in spoiling the cliants. Best place to deal with for me.
The Manager "Brittany" was very helpful, knew the product and promos and helped me out a lot highly recommended, oh and yes I got a new phone from them too,
