I had a problem with my heat pump and I called Scotia HVAC. They were able to send a technician right away to get my system back up and running. As soon as the part I needed came in they called me right away and got a technician to come out and install it. Fantastic customer service! The team at Scotia HVAC have been wonderful to work with. We have enjoyed our heat pump for over a year without any concerns whatsoever; when we recently had an issue related to the installation, they were quick to identify the problem and had their team out to fix the issue within just a few days.
