Super-friendly staff! Had a yummy chai latte with oat milk and a huge peanut butter chocolate chip cookie while waiting for friends. Love that the chai tea is actually brewed, not a mix.
Personally I find the quality of food/beverages to be much better than a Tim Hortons menu. Second Cup has always showed me excellent customer service at the many different outlets I have been to in the Maritimes. Recommended
I do not feel safe coming back to the Dartmouth Crossing location. There was a severe disregard for covid safety measures with far too many people in the establishment. Most businesses I have been to limit the amount of foot traffic into the store, however, the lineup at Second Cup stretched to the door and with such a small space, there was no room for any distancing. The service was slow and repeatedly messed up orders, however, this was probably an understaffing issue, considering there were three baristas working who were responsible for a massive lineup of people and the drive-thru window. It’s unfair to throw the staff under the bus for something that is clearly a managerial/company issue. My latte was very good when I did receive it, after a very long wait.
Friendly staff but place isn't very clean and seating is minimal and awkward.
I am in love with the Green Mango Boost smoothies.
