Had a good selection a few years ago. Now it seems more like dollar store products. You can literally find everything they sell on Amazon for cheaper. It's sad because I love Halloween and use to go to this store once a week while it's open.

Went in to get my 4 children costumes...was confronted by "manager" donovin. Guy was extremly rude and unprofessional. Cannot believe someone with his social skills is working with the public. Worse experience ive ever had shopping. Spent 120 on costumes but am returning due to my experience

Large store but easy to maneuver. Friendly staff and lots of variety for both kids and adults alike. They offer costumes and decor . They have a huge display of battery or power operated decor you can see what they do and how they sound. Prices are fair. This is one of the best Halloween stores I've been too

Bought a costume and was thrilled with them giving me 20% off my purchase, so it said on the bill. I went to return the costume, because I found something I liked more and they only gave me back 100 instead of the 115 that I paid on the bill. I asked why, and they had used that 20% and filled it with 15 x1 donations to their charity. I said that I never authorized that and they said they can not return a charitable donation. I don't mind giving to charity but this is stealing. Make sure you look at your bill right after payment!
