Worth checking out along the lines of IKEA but slightly more upscale
I have purchased two items from this store over the past two years. Monroe sofa-bed and a nuaj mattress. Purchased the sofa in-store from a knowledgeable, friendly employee. Ordered the mattress online. Delivery was as promised for both items. Have been pleased with both items to date and prices were unbeatable. I would recommend Structube; love that it is a Canadian-founded retailer. Support Canadian :)
Very disappointed with my recent experience with Structube. We were excited to order a new sofa - but due to current conditions were limited to purchasing online. We placed the order and waited nearly 24 hours for confirmation which instantly raised a flag. Over the course of the next 4 days I tried to complete the verification process both via email and with 2 different calls. Tonight I received an order cancellation that I did not request. I have had great experiences with my local NS structube but will be taking my business elsewhere.
The stuff here is trash, it looks cool from a distance but up close it’s trash. Buying furniture here would be like throwing your money into a fire. There’s nice items like decor but buying furniture here is a terrible idea. I also heard the delivery is a disaster! Watch out people.

Im still waiting on my furniture to be delivered so I can’t comment yet on the quality but I certainly won’t shop there again, the customer service is very poor.
