The Home Depot has a good product selection, excellent prices and good staff but the self checkout is one of the worst I've ever encountered anywhere. I absolutely despise it and I switched to Kent Building supplies for this reason where they have their cashes fully staffed with good helpful humans.

I was satisfied when I purchased paint products this morning, however I needed more than anticipated and needed to return. My husband went out for me and got the products however I was disappointed about my visit as he was given two cans with a pour spout. I had a regular can and had difficulty as the Behr paint cans no longer support the shur-line pour spout with cap which i found out after it got paint on the bottom. I wish I would have been offered these cool cans.

While am very grateful to the help I received from the staff I am very disappointed that the advertised item that I wanted to buy from the flyer is not in the store when it goes with another product. 700 item and get this for free but you don't have the free item in the store or in the warehouse or being shipped anytime soon. Also no guarantee that I would get the item before the promotion ends.
