Incredible service. Courtney was amazing. She set us immediately at ease and went to work fixing the problem. The relief on my daughter's face (on all our faces!) was worth every penny. We called mid-afternoon and were seen the same day. I was so disorganized when I called I didn't even give her my name and she still had my daughter in and done that evening with a follow up check scheduled in two weeks. This is a professional service that immediately takes care of the situation physically by systematically removing everything with fine combs, reviewing over and over until all clear, and a final hair treatment with their prevention products. Courtney explained the whole process as she worked and we got a great education. No stigma, just science. As odd as this sounds, it was a good experience. Not one I'd want to repeat, but if we do, I know exactly where to go first. The two week follow up appointment showed all clear, so this treatment worked 100% the first time. Very pleased.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this service was. It was the first time since lice arrived in our home that I felt the situation was under control, and I could breathe a sigh of relief. Courtney provided excellent advice, and she was so great with treating my daughter. If any family is dealing with lice, I highly recommend Courtney and The Lice Crew! Totally worth every penny!
We were worried we wouldn’t get an appointment, but Courtney came to rescue. She made ya feel at ease right away and was great with the kids. We had already used OTC live treatment and spent loads of money, and it didn’t work. Courtney was thorough and explained every step, as well as what I should do at home.It was a service well worth the price and more. We will be back if needed again for sure!
My son got lice and we thought we had taken care of it but realized that the little plastic comb provided just did not do the trick. We made an appointment for the next day and we had the best experience! Bailey put us at ease, she was thorough and as gentle as possible. Cannot say enough!! My daughter has long, thick hair and after spending over 6 hours picking through her hair and getting no results, a friend recommended Lice Crew. I made a phone call and they fit me in same day. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My daughter got to sit and watch a movie while I got piece of mind! Don't waste hour and hours trying to handle this at home like I did -- get a professional to take care of this!!!
I immediately felt at ease once entering the lice crew clinic. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were great with our kids, gave them snacks and even my three year old played happily the entire time. They also educated us on what to do at home and how to continue treatment until we come back for a re-check. I would definitely recommend the lice crew to others!
This has been the best experience with a very stressful situation. 2 minutes after walking through the door that stress melted away. Courtney was so informative, kind, and fantastic with my son. I am telling everyone I know about TLC. We were in and out in an hour and Courtney gave us so much information on what the next steps were and let us know the common misconceptions about lice. I really hope we never have to deal with lice again but if we do TLC will be my first and only call!
I HIGHLY recommend the Lice Crew! Courtney, Elsie and Mary took exceptional care of me and my family! They got my call at 5:15pm while they were finishing their last clients of the night - and still took us in. They treated me and my kids like gold and were thoughtful, kind and positive. They made a yucky experience into something really not so bad. We are so grateful! It was worth every penny.
