SYSTEM FAILURE

please fix wifi. it was keep disconnecting. Other than that everything was good.

The 7-day Tour East Bus trip that I'm traveling on stopped here; we have 50 tourists in our group. It's an overnight accommodation stop. The 450 travel & accommodations plan (based on double occupancy) includes 7 days bus travel and 6 night hotel stays of which this hotel is one of the venues. This hotel is nice, room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Amenities include free continental breakfast in the lobby area, plus WiFi! A 24-hour fitness centre is open for guests.

I was in room 204 and it had a dirty handprint on the wall next to the shower. Also the shower curtain and shower head. Sink had not been cleaned as well. I've stayed here many times before for work and it's been fine.

Shirley, April and Michelle were extremely helpful and instrumental in getting an early check in time and drive up room for my wife and I recently. The suite was especially cozy and comfortable because of the contributions of the afore mentioned three dedicated ladies.

So first time ever staying at the travel lodge after walking in I had to wait while the check in staff finished their conversation in the in the lobby chairs. Then while being checked in I was upgraded to a suite because i was going to be there for a few days on business which was very nice. Went up to the room, the room appeared to be nice - lots of space. Upon plugging in a phone charger at the head of the bed I found what appeared to be old cheese or toe nails on the bed either way gross. The more I looked, the more I found. The next morning breakfast was ok could up some more options but still not the worst I've had. Later that night after returning from dinner, I had 1 of 2 random pitbulls come after me in the hallway while going to my room. The owner came out of her room called the dog didn't say anything to me and walked away. Overall the staff is friendly but in the morning an evening appears to us the lobby has a hangout the room was not very clean but it's a 3 star hotel. Pretty sure I will not be back.
