Cindy Callaghan rocks. We have been fortunate to have been a client of Cindy at the Trip Central Mic Mac Mall location for over 15 years. We walked in when we were first time travelers she listened to what we wanted in a vacation and recommended a Mediterranean Cruise to us. We have since booked 14 more cruises with her. She always responds to us and always gets us the best deals. And with Ocean cruises come price drops, and she always helps with those and recently scored us a 2,000 reduction. That has to affect her bottom line but it proves she cares about the customer. I always recommend her whenever someone asks about our trips and who we booked through.

Haley is excellent at her job! The moment I walked in to the Micmac location she greeted me and gave me terrific customer service. She's knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to listen to your questions.
Susan was very helpful and efficient in helping me to find and book a return flight to Dublin for my unaccompanied minor daughter. Several online booking sites would not allow me to complete the booking for an unaccompanied minor. Thanks Susan
Tried to book with Carol for my 30th birthday coming up. The initial interaction was great, she sent me an email with all the info we would need. Shortly after, i replied to her to get more information about the location i was interested in. Didnt get a reply back, so i called her several times today until I finally reached her. Her response to not replying to me was that they have a new email system. The option i was interested in is now unavailable due to the delay caused by their email system. First and last time I will ever try to deal with Trip Central.
