Went to have a look at the showroom an to start getting info for my bathroom reno.. Showroom was beautiful & clean. Staff was very friendly & knowledgble.. am looking forward to working this company to complete my bathroom reno.

Took two weeks to get them in to look at our bathroom. We were told we’d have a quote in a couple of days. After 2 weeks and 3 follow-up phone calls, our quote still wasn’t ready and they said it would be at least 3 more days. We told them not to bother. Can’t imagine what it would take to actually get renovations done. ETA: I did receive a call after posting this review and I got a quote by the end of the day. I’m updating my review to 2 stars because although I think their customer service was not great and I wouldn’t hire them, I can’t speak to the quality of their work.

I wasn't an easy client( I assume :D) but all the staff worked for me so professionally. Thank you so much! Highly recommending!

The Ultimate Bath Systems team were Ultimate professionals from Rick who came to our home to provide us with a quote, the experienced and awesome crew who installed our new tub to the owner Gerald who dropped by several times to check on their progress. Ours was not a straight forward install and we had to make adjustments which were actually improvements. We love our new tub/shower. I highly recommend them. What a Team!!

The business is not reliable! Took time off work to have an estimate done and they called my home number not my work number and left a message saying employee got tide up at another job - if that is what they consider themselves a company you can count on - NOT - glad it happened right away - could see a lot of more dispointing - Sorry cannot make it - GOT TIED UP WITH ANOTHER SO CALLED CLIENT - LOSERS! -
